Jason McGuire Founder & CEO

Jason has been a financial advisor for the last 10 years and gained high recognition for his outstanding performance for designing pricing applications for Fortune 500 companies. Jason attended the University of Texas where he earned his BA in Finance, and also received his MBA from the University of Houston. Jason has 12 years experience in the financial industry, focusing on pricing applications and both asset and portfolio management. Combining both his technical financial background and his software knowledge, Jason was able to develop the industry's first automated online technical analysis software. With the development of Stocknod.com Jason has been able to visualize his life long dream of creating profitable, reliable and easy to use technical software. All of this high level experience provided Jason with a deep understanding of the financial services industry and subsequently the confidence to follow through with his vision of automated technical stock analysis software with the trading metrics he knew to be successful. This vision was finally realized with the launch of Stocknod.com in early 2008. Jason likes to refer to Stocknod as a perpetually beta web site as to always adapt our member's services to an actively changing market place. When not working, Jason enjoys spending time with his two daughters and new baby boy, wife, and two dogs. He is also a 2nd degree black belt in martial arts. Ryan Collins Editor in Chief

Ryan Collins is a veteran financial services expert. Ryan attended Texas Tech University where he earned his BA in Finance and BA in Petroleum Land Management. Ryan began his career in the Oil & Gas sector as a lease broker and financial analyst with Pioneer Natural Resources USA (PXD) and later with Brigham Exploration Company (BEXP). Ryan has since founded several ecommerce companies and also founded Texas based mortgage company Lone Star Financing, LLC. Currently Ryan has been successfully parlaying his capital into the Oil & Gas markets. Ryan has managed asset accounts for the last 5 years for a private client base with a primary focus in energy stocks, commodities, and uncovering start-ups poised to outperform. With a long standing history and mutual respect for Stocknod.com founder Jason McGuire, Ryan gladly came aboard in early 2008. Ryan has been instrumental in Stocknod's architecture and user experience. Ryan works closely with Jason and his development team on a daily basis to insure user experience is aligned with Stocknod's software as a service applications. David Yang Chief Information Officer

David Yang got his BA in computer engineering from Beijing information Science&Technology University and then received his master degree in MIS from Beijing University of aeronautics and astronautics. He started his software development career at the Bank of China and then provided consulting services to different industries mainly in financial and retail. With over more than 15 years hands on experience in successful software development, David strongly believes that technology plays an active and powerful role in financial investments and significantly improves the return on investment.He developed leading software for banks and financial companies to analyze massive amounts of stock and mutual fund data using technical indicators and data models before he joined stocknod.com in 2008. He works closely with Jason on the IT strategy, software infrastructure, data modeling, data warehousing and development. David is a creative thinker and leaves no problem unsolved. He is also an avid practitioner of the traditional Chinese martial art Xingyi.

Danny Soros VP Market Research

Danny Soros attended the University of Michigan where he earned a B.A. in Finance, and later received his MBA from the University of Michigan State. Danny is recognized as a pioneer in electronic trading. Danny Soros has worked in investment management for over 30 years and has been instrumental in developing StockNod's analytical processes and methodologies. Danny joined Stocknod.com in an operational role as VP in 2008 to lead the Economic and company research for the Company. Danny has a keen ability to assess the global political and economic forces affecting our markets, and explain the affects of those forces on our stock market.

Tom Bradford Chief Financial Officer

Tom Bradford began his career in investment banking, working with many of the top financial banks in New York. Tom transitioned to corporate management when he became VP Finance for one of the world’s largest radio network company. Stocknod company founder Jason McGuire more than welcomed the expertise in corporate financial disclosures and reporting practices to Stocknod. Tom brings a wealth of industry experience to financial screening techniques. Since his retirement from mainstream investment stock analysis in 2005, Stocknod has been fortunate to have his services and expertise made available to the Stocknod community.
